LRCS Background
The Lesotho Red Cross Society (LRCS) is a humanitarian organization established on 9 November 1967 and recognized as an auxiliary to the public authorities in the humanitarian field. Guided by its mission to alleviate human suffering and build the resilience of vulnerable communities, LRCS implements humanitarian programmes across Lesotho in line with the Fundamental Principles of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
Invitation
LRCS invites suitably qualified, experienced and registered Structural Consulting Engineers to undertake a comprehensive structural assessment of the existing Hilton House at Maseru, opposite the Bureau of Statistics Offices. The objective is to assess the structural integrity, safety, serviceability, soil and underground water conditions to accommodate key future extensions that comply with regulatory standards.
Interested and eligible consultants with the requisite qualifications, experience, and capacity to undertake the assignment should submit technical and financial proposals in accordance with the requirements, terms, and conditions of this assignment.

The Tender Document may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of M2,000.00 by cash or EFT.
